The Internet Connection operates Points of Presence (POPs) in the following locations. Any customer of the Internet Connection may make use of any Point of Presence to access our services. There are no restrictions. Please verify that the telephone number you are dialing is a local call. Users are responsible for any telephone company access charges associated with their connection to our service.

The Internet Connection operates an 800 modem service. This 800 modem service is designed to be used by our customers who travel with a portable or laptop computer. It is accessible from within the 50 United States, Canada, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Use of the 800 number service will result in a surcharge to your Internet bill from us.

This surcharge is based on the location you are calling from, and the duration of the call. It is subject to change without notice.
