Some users are reporting difficulty dialing our Wichita POP number. The error message being reported is "The computer you are dialing is not answering" or "Unable to establish a connection".

Since the the users are reporting that the system is indeed answering, and the vast majority of users are connecting successfully, we are at a loss as to the exact cause. We are working with the telephone company to investigate the cause. We speculate that the cause may be related to calls originating in a particular area of town, and passing through a particular telephone company switch.
